Cheshire East Council are working with training partners to deliver the Government’s Multiply programme. Multiply can provide a range of different courses to help you to be more confident with maths.

Maths can help you in everyday life, such as helping children with homework and budgeting money.

Improving your numeracy skills could help you to get a job, advance your career or prepare you for further study.

Who is eligible

To be eligible you need to:

  • be aged 19 years or over
  • not already have a Grade 4 (previously Grade C) in GCSE Maths or equivalent qualification. However, if you think that improving your number skills could help you to get a job or access higher levels or training you may still be eligible.
  • live in Cheshire East

About the courses

Courses are being delivered at Reaseheath College in Nantwich, Springboard Training in Congleton and at community locations across Cheshire East.

There are lots of different courses to suit your interests for example, Pizza and Programming, Beginner’s Sewing and Free Fakeaways cookery.

Multiply provides short courses between 3 hours and a 6 week duration.

Learn from our supportive tutors in a welcoming environment and at a pace that suits you.

All Multiply courses are free.
