Apply for a replacement Blue Badge

When you apply for a replacement Blue Badge you must;

give details of the damage to the badge if your badge is damaged
quote your crime / incident reference number (provided when you report it to the police, 0845 458 00000) if your badge was stolen
provide your SR reference number if you have not received your badge in the post (this can be found on any correspondence from us regarding your Blue Badge)

If your badge has been damaged, lost or stolen there is a £10 fee for a replacement Blue Badge.
