CHESHIRE EAST BOROUGH COUNCIL (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATED) ORDER 2015 (VARIATION NO. 10) ORDER 2024

Cheshire East Borough Council (hereinafter called "the Council") in exercise of its powers under Sections 32, 35, 35C and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended ("the 1984 Act") and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Constable of Cheshire Constabulary in accordance with Part Ill of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act hereby makes the following Order:

This Order shall come into operation on the date TBC of the year TBC and may be cited as the "Cheshire East Borough Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Consolidated) Order 2015 (Variation No. 10) Order 2024".
In this Order the term 'the Consolidation Order' means the Cheshire East Borough Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Consolidated) Order 2015 as subsequently amended.
The Consolidation Order is hereby varied as follows:

(a) The Schedule of the Consolidation Order shall be removed in its entirety and replaced by the Schedule to this Order.
