It is proposed that Cheshire East Borough Council (“the Council”) disposes of open land and grants rights (where appropriate) over open land situate at

LAND AT part of the playing fields to the rear of the former Over Alderley Primary School (closed), School Lane, Over Alderley, the land being public open space.The extent of the land to be disposed of is shown edged red on the attached plan.

The land is currently classified as public open space.The Council is the freehold owner of the Land.It is proposed that the property known as part of the playing fields to the rear of the former Over Alderley Primary School, School Lane, Over Alderley, Near Macclesfield, Cheshire will be disposed of by way of transfer together with such rights of way and easements over the land and any of the Council’s adjacent retained land as are necessary to facilitate access to and use of the land, as appropriate.
