It is proposed that Cheshire East Borough Council (“the Council”) disand grants rights (where appropriate) over open land situate at LAND playing fields to the rear of the former Over Alderley Primary School ( Lane, Over Alderley, the land being public open space.The extent of the land to be disposed of is shown edged red on the a land is currently classified as public open space.The Council is the freehold owner of the Land.It is proposed that the property known as part of the playing fields to t former Over Alderley Primary School, School Lane, Over Alderley, N Cheshire will be disposed of by way of transfer together with such rig easements over the land and any of the Council’s adjacent retained l necessary to facilitate access to and use of the land, as appropriate.
