Ranger Service - Car parking permits privacy notice
What personal information is being processed and what for
To purchase an annual car parking permit the Ranger Service requires your contact details; your name and address, car registration number(s), email address and ‘phone number. We need to know if you are a member of the fishing club or a canoe permit holder if you are applying for a permit that covers Brereton Heath Local Nature Reserve. As part of the application we take your payment card information in order to process the annual charge for the permit. The information provided will enable us to authorise and provide you with the parking permit requested on your application form.
Our Online Payments service has been designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality. When you pay for your annual parking permit, you will be asked to provide your credit/debit card details. Financial transactions are processed within a secure environment to protect your transactions.
This information will only be used to complete the transaction/s and will not be used for any other purpose and is subject to the Councils Data Protection registration and Privacy Statement.

This information is required to provide you with a purchased parking permit.

The personal information will not be shared with anyone other than to process your payment.

You provide this information when completing the online car parking permit application process.

If you do not provide us with your information then you will be unable to purchase a car parking permit.
