Notice is hereby given that on 6 March 2025 Cheshire East Borough Council made an Order under Sections 82, 84 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act.
The effect of the Order, will come into operation on 13 March 2025
