The Cheshire East Borough Council (“the Council”) in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4,19, 65(1) and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended(“the Act”) and of all other enabling powers and in accordance with its duty with Section 122 of the said Act hereby make the following Order:
