The Cheshire East Borough Council (“the Council”) in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 4,32, 35, 38, 45, 46, 49, 51, 53, 61 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act1984, as amended (“the Act”) and of all other enabling powers, after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, hereby make the following Order:
