Notice of proposal - Cheshire East Borough Council (various roads)

(consolidation) order 2022 (amendment No. 11) order 2025

The effect of the proposed Order will be to:

1. Amend the Cheshire East Borough Council (Various Roads) (Consolidation) Order 2022 by introducing the speed restriction outlined in Schedule 1 below and replacing Map Tile No. CY106 in the Consolidation Order schedules.
2. The restrictions imposed by this proposed Order shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any restrictions or requirements imposed by any regulations made or having effect as if made under the Act or by or under any other enactment.
