(consolidation) order 2022 (amendment No. 12) order 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 82, 84 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act.

The effect of the proposed Order will be to:

1. Amend the Cheshire East Borough Council (Various Roads) (Consolidation) Order 2022 by introducing the additional speed restrictions as outlined in Schedules 1 below and adding Map Tile No’s. Z137, Z138 and Y138.
2. The restrictions imposed by this proposed Order shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any restrictions or requirements imposed by any regulations made or having effect as if made under the Act or by or under any other enactment.
