Call our Housing Options Team on 0300 123 5017.

This advice line is available:

10.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)

Outside of these hours, in an emergency, you can call us on 0300 123 5025 and an out of hours emergency response will be triggered.

If you do not have access to a phone you can use the customer phone at our Crewe or Macclesfield Customer Contact Centres or at any Cheshire East Library.

All our reception desks support the hearing loop service, and we can provide telephone interviews through a translation service for those whom English is not their first language.

You are also able to bring someone with you to support you in any face-to-face meetings or we can arrange a conference call with your support person to ensure that you are fairly represented.
