What is our Care Academy?

At Cheshire East we believe that every individual working in care can make a difference to those they encounter and that anybody looking at, or currently in, a career within care deserves the very best start and continuous ongoing support they can get, which is why we launched the Cheshire East Care Academy. The academy provides an in-depth training pathway that is supportive of professional development at all stages, giving you all the experience, skills and tools you need to succeed to become the best professional you can be.

What sets us apart is that we believe you should be in full control of your development and that there shouldn’t be just one route or direction for you to go in. In our care academy we offer more than one pathway to make sure you can flourish and develop into a route that suits you and your future aspirations best.
