We provide a range of high-quality learning and development interventions which challenge and stimulate learners. We offer training online, face to face, via webinars, coaching and mentoring. We have a Continuing Professional Development programme available for all staff.
All managers within Cheshire East Council are trained to use a coaching style in their conversations with staff during 1:1, supervision and performance development conversations. Along with this there is an offer of Coaching Support for any member of staff which can be a useful way of developing a person's skills and abilities.
