Pay for a building regulations application

You can pay for your building regulation full plans approval, building notice, regularisation, and demolition applications online, by phone or by cheque. 

If you have an invoice you should pay directly using your invoice number. Invoices are raised for full plans approval application after your first inspection.

What to pay when

Full plans approval applications - pay the plan checking fee as soon as you get our acknowledgement. We will then send an invoice for the inspection fee after the first site inspection.

Building Notices, Demolition Notices and regularisation applications - pay the full amount on submission once you receive your acknowledgement letter.

Call 01270 375256 to pay with a debit or credit card (not American Express).

Pay by cheque

Send a cheque made out to Cheshire East Council to Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, CW1 2LL. Include a note with the property address and your reference number.
