Eaton Neighbourhood Plan

Information

The Plan was produced by the steering group in cooperation with Eaton Parish Council. The neighbourhood area was designated on the 28 October 2016.

Consultation on the draft Plan took place between the 28 September 2019 and the 11 November 2019. The submission Plan public consultation took place between the 29 January 2020 and the 11 March 2020. Independent examination on the submitted Plan took place between the 30 March 2020 and the 10 June 2020.

Incorporating the examiner's recommendations from their report, the decision to proceed to referendum was decided on the 29 June 2020. Local referendum on the Plan took place on the 6 May 2021, and returned a 'yes' vote in favour of the plan. The decision to make the Plan was decided on the 28 July 2021.
