Hankelow Neighbourhood Plan

Information

The Plan was produced by the steering group in cooperation with Hankelow Parish Council. The neighbourhood area was designated on the 23 February 2015.

Consultation on the draft Plan took place between the 7 October 2019 and the 5 November 2019. The submission Plan public consultation took place between the 30 September 2020 and the 11 November 2020. Independent examination on the submitted Plan took place between the 19 November 2020 and the 22 February 2021.

Incorporating the examiner's recommendations from their report, the decision to proceed to referendum was decided on the 8 March 2021. Local referendum on the Plan took place on the 6 May 2021, and returned a 'yes' vote in favour of the plan. The decision to make the Plan was decided on the 28 July 2021.
