Over Alderley Neighbourhood Plan

Information

The Plan was produced by the steering group in cooperation with Over Alderley Parish Council. The neighbourhood area was designated on the 7 June 2021.

Consultation on the draft Plan took place between the 8 May 2023 and the 21 July 2023. The submission Plan public consultation took place between the 26 March 2024 and the 10 May 2024. Independent examination on the submitted Plan took place between the 20 May 2024 and the 18 July 2024.

Incorporating the examiner's recommendations from their report, the decision to proceed to referendum was decided on the 31 July 2024, and local referendum on the Plan took place on the 19 September 2024, and returned a 'yes' vote in favour of the plan. The Plan was made on the 1 October 2024.
