Peover Superior Neighbourhood Plan

Information

The Plan was produced by the steering group in cooperation with Peover Superior Parish Council. The neighbourhood area was designated on the 5 April 2017.

Consultation on the draft Plan took place between the 19 August 2019 and the 30 September 2019. The submission Plan public consultation took place between the 29 November 2019 and the 13 January 2020. Independent examination on the submitted Plan took place between the 28 January 2020 and the 27 March 2020.

Incorporating the examiner's recommendations from their report, the decision to proceed to referendum was decided on the 20 April 2020. Local referendum on the Plan took place on the 6 May 2021, and returned a 'yes' vote in favour of the plan. The decision to make the Plan was decided on the 28 July 2021.
