The Planning Inspectorate handles appeals.
Submit a new planning appeal, search for an existing planning appeal and comment on it.
Making comments on appeals
The Local Planning Authority will forward any representations that were submitted in relation to the original planning application to the Planning Inspectorate. If you did not make comments on the original application and would like to comment now, or have further representations you wish to make, your comments need to be sent directly to the Planning Inspectorate.
