Skills for life - Multiply

Cheshire East Council are working with training partners to deliver the Government’s Multiply programme. Multiply can provide a range of different courses to help you to be more confident with maths.

Maths can help you in everyday life, such as helping children with homework and budgeting money.

Improving your numeracy skills could help you to get a job, advance your career or prepare you for further study.

Who is eligible

To be eligible you need to:

  • be aged 19 years or over
  • not already have a level 2 maths qualification (equivalent to GCSE at Grade 4 or C)
  • live in Cheshire East

About the courses

Courses are being delivered at community locations across Cheshire East. There is a mix of face to face and online learning and you can learn at a pace that suits you. Multiply provides short courses of between 4 and 12 weeks’ duration.

All Multiply courses are free.

Visit the National Careers Service website to find a course near you. Then contact the training provider directly to sign up.
