How it works
We provide financial help with home repairs and adaptations through a range of grants and loans, as well as practical help to arrange repairs and adaptations through our Care and Repair service.
Our help with home repairs is for home owners, and our help with home adaptations and repairs is for homeowners and tenants.

Due to high demand we are no longer taking new enquiries for the Healthy Homes Loan, Empty Homes Loan and Affordable Warmth Grant. We do not know when these might be available in the future as we do not have funding for these.
