Personalised housing plans
The Homelessness Reduction Act says that we must give you a personalised housing plan. This plan, along with a housing advice letter, will tell you about our assessment of your household, your situation, and any support you might need.
The plan is a tool to help resolve your housing situation. When you talk to your Housing Officer, you'll make a list of things to do, specific to your situation. You and the Officer will work on these actions to prevent or relieve your homelessness.
See the Housing Advice guide for general advice.
