We have launched a resource designed to support you to make small changes to start to feel happier and healthier. Whether this is finding out what changes you can make to your lifestyle, or where you can get support, “Your Lifestyle Prescription” is there to help.

These changes may reduce the need for treatment and stop you from having health problems in the future.

Wanting to make Lifestyle Changes

For professionals

There is an array of local and national support available, some of which we have included in the resource. We worked alongside pharmacists, social prescribers, doctors and local residents, with input from the NHS, council and Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprises colleagues (VCFSE) to develop the resource. We also piloted it back in January 2023.
