SEND children and young people's priorities North West survey

The North West children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) coproduction steering group would welcome your help in circulating the following survey link to children and young people with SEND . This survey seeks to find out what is and isn't going well from a child and young person's perspective, plus what can be improved in order to gain a regional view of priorities across the North West. 

Please ask or support them to complete the SEND children and young people's priorities survey.

We understand that many SEND Young People will be unable to complete a survey like this themselves for a variety of reasons. If this is the case, you can complete an alternative version of the SEND children and young people's survey on their behalf. 

Responses will be anonymous, but will help to make sure young people's views influence decisions that are made.
