Customer service desk

From January 2024, you will need to make an appointment in advance for help with a Customer Service Desk (Blue Badge, Benefits, Railcards) enquiry. Appointments can be made in person or by calling the library. During the mornings, we will be able to offer some drop-in appointments, depending on staff availability.
